TallyPal is provided free of charge as-is. You may use it for personal or commercial expense tracking purposes.

No Warranties

TallyPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of calculations or availability of the service.

TallyPal Doesn't Move Money

TallyPal only records and calculates who owes what. It never takes, holds or sends payments. Any money you pay or receive happens outside the app, between you and the people in your group.

Liability

TallyPal developers are not responsible for financial disputes, data loss, or damages arising from use of the app.

Your Responsibility

• Back up your data regularly
• Use accurate information when recording expenses
• Verify calculations before settling payments
• Don't use for unauthorized financial activities

Data Management

All data is stored on your device. Clearing browser data will delete your TallyPal information. We recommend exporting data regularly for backup.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
